Pursuant to Virginia Code § 33.2-214.4, TSDAC meets annually and consists of two members appointed by the Virginia Transit Association, one by the Community Transportation Association of Virginia, one by the Virginia Municipal League, one by the Virginia Association of Counties, and three by the Director of DRPT. TSDAC consults with interested stakeholders, holds at least one public hearing annually, and reports its findings to the DRPT Director. TSDAC Members as of March 2022
